They have hired several Japanese employees for our department in the last year.   FAULTY LANGUAGE EXAMPLE Before Correction: Dear sir (Sexist solution, implying only a man will read the letter) we are interested in beautifying your company property, with no care or worries?  We have been in business for over 25 years helping man just like you (Sexist word usage).Here’s what we can offer: Shrub Care-your workmen (Sexist “gender-tagged word”) will no longer need to water shrubs.
